There will be no activities at Hotel Hot Springs, it's all at St. Mary's parish hall. So if you have another favorite hotel or B&B, feel free to book there.

RESERVATION PROCEDURE:
The Hotel Hot Springs understands that attendees will make their own room reservations by telephoning directly the Reservations Department at (877) 623-6697. Identify yourself as being with the Knights of Columbus group when making reservations. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or an advance deposit for the first night’s lodging.

We have 65 rooms blocked from 4/24 to 4/26. The group block will be held until March 24, 2026. Reservations made after the cut-off date will be at the best available rate.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:

• Check-in time is 4:00pm. Room assignment prior to that time is on an availability basis.
• Check-out time is 12:00pm.

PARKING:
Parking is available for hotel guests at no additional fee in the tower parking garage.
Downtown Hot Springs now charges for parking on all surface streets. Street parking rates vary.
